We are looking for a GenAI Engineer (1–2 years experience) who is eager to design, build, and scale LLM-powered and Agentic AI systems.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to turn complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines
- Develop multi-step AI workflows (planning, retrieval, reasoning, tool usage, self-reflection)
- Work on prompt engineering, agent policies, and evaluation frameworks
- Build domain-aware retrieval systems using structured & unstructured data
- Integrate LLM-powered systems into production environments
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real industrial problems using AI
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML / GenAI roles
- Strong understanding of:
✔ Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG systems - Hands-on experience with:
✔ Prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, and evaluation
✔ Agent frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex (or similar) - Strong proficiency in Python
- Basic understanding of system design and AI workflows
- Experience deploying projects (internships/projects acceptable)
Good to Have
- Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Basic knowledge of APIs, backend, or cloud deployment
- Experience working on real-world datasets or projects
