We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Senior Data Scientist who can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems.
You will work across the full AI stack – from ML modeling and data pipelines to LLM-powered applications and agentic AI systems and play a key role in shaping our AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions
- Develop LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines
- Design and orchestrate AI agents for automation workflows
- Work on data pipelines, feature engineering, and model training
- Optimize models for scalability and performance in production
- Implement prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Build feedback loops and continuous learning systems
What we’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles
- Strong foundation in:
✔ Machine Learning & Deep Learning
✔ Statistics, probability, and data analysis - Hands-on experience with:
✔ LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG systems
✔ Prompt engineering and evaluation - Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience in building and deploying production-grade AI systems
- Strong system thinking mindset (model + data + orchestration)
Good to Have
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
