What You’ll Do
- Own the Roadmap: Take full ownership of the product backlog and execution for the platform’s Beta and V1.0 launch, prioritizing tasks across Data Preparation, Agent Building, AI Evaluation, and UI/UX.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the central liaison between clients, technical engineering teams, and management. You will translate high-level business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Define AI Capabilities: Create detailed requirements for RAG-based Agents that ingest operational reports and financial data to generate risk predictions.
- Drive Engagement: Oversee the implementation of gamification features to drive platform adoption and engagement among field staff and project managers.
Who You Are / Must-Haves
- Experience: You have 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or Enterprise B2B software.
- Technical Fluency: You possess a strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, specifically RAG, Vector Databases, and LLMs.
- Process Optimizer: You have a proven track record of analyzing complex, manual processes (like heavy email or spreadsheet usage) and digitizing them into streamlined software workflows.
- Agile Practitioner: You are experienced in managing sprints and backlogs for rapid MVP iteration.
Bonus Points
- Industry Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience working within or building software for the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical industries (Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream).
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Llama), or Cloud Infrastructure (GCP Vertex AI, AWS).
- Data Standards: Familiarity with industrial data standards like WITSML or OSDU.
