We are looking for a PhD-level AI Researcher (completed or pursuing) with strong hands-on experience in AI Agents, RAG systems, and knowledge-driven AI architectures.
This is an agent-first role, where you will design and deploy multi-agent systems, knowledge pipelines, and fine-tuned LLM/SLM solutions, while translating the latest research into practical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale multi-agent AI systems (planning, tool usage, memory, reflection)
- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (data ingestion, retrieval, ranking, evaluation)
- Develop and integrate knowledge graphs for reasoning with RAG and agents
- Fine-tune LLMs / SLMs using techniques like SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, and domain adaptation
- Apply strong ML/DL fundamentals (NLP, embeddings, transformers) in real-world systems
- Translate latest research papers into production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable AI systems
Must-Have Requirements
- PhD (completed or ongoing) in Computer Science / AI / ML / NLP or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks

- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Experience with MLOps, deployment, and scalable AI systems
- Publications or research work in AI/ML/NLP domains
