The Challenge
Calling lists are worked top to bottom, so much of the floor's day goes on customers who will not answer or are not interested. Campaign results are read without a fair comparison group.
How It Works
- Ingests past calling lists and outcomes, customer history and the consent and DNC registers.
- Scores likelihood to renew, top up or return, and learns the hour each customer answers.
- Hands the dialler a value-ordered list each morning with contact caps and a holdout group.
What It Removes
- Lists worked top to bottom regardless of value
- Dials placed at hours the customer never answers
- Campaign results read without a control group
Input Data RequirementsPast calling lists and outcomes, customer and account history, do-not-call and consent registers, dialler integration
Output FormatDaily value-ordered calling list per campaign, best-time-to-call per customer, contact-frequency protection, control-group measured uplift report
“The same number of dials, the same team, and materially more renewals - because we stopped calling in list order.”
