The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a stacked rig no published report ranks, capital spent on the wrong rig, and a tender lost for want of a ready rig. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine ranks every reserve and idle marketed rig against live demand.
- For each rig it assembles the reactivation capital, the recert clock, the crew, the parts lead time and the distance to the tender, then estimates the operating days it would pull forward rather than create.
- It sets that against the cost of buying in, and against selling.
What It Removes
- A stacked rig no published report ranks
- Capital spent on the wrong rig
- A tender lost for want of a ready rig
Input Data RequirementsAsset register, telemetry, work orders, inspection history, failure records, parts usage and operating schedules
Output FormatDashboard showing every stacked rig ranked by the days it would pull forward.
“If I can bring one rig back this quarter, tell me which one and what it wins.”
