The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate the same finding surprising the shop twice, a twin that only knows the build, and a scope quoted without the last strip down. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One engine reads every inspection report, dimensional record, non destructive test result and non conformance, links each finding to the unit, the frame and the twin, and updates what the next outage should expect.
- It reads inspection photographs first pass and flags them for the qualified engineer, who still signs.
- It writes back into the quoting engine so the next scope is priced on what was actually found.
What It Removes
- The same finding surprising the shop twice
- A twin that only knows the build
- A scope quoted without the last strip down

“What we found on this rotor changes what we quote on the next one.”
