The Challenge
Cheleken runs on self flow, gas lift, electric submersible pumps, jet pumps, water injection and gas injection. The operator's published brief asks them to interpret analyser readings, control dose pump speed and prepare simple reports. No historian and no control room is named in a year of job descriptions.
How It Works
- Reads and connects the source records named in the proposal.
- One engine watches every lift and injection well continuously: intake and discharge pressures, motor current, dose rates, injector allocation and well test history. It predicts the failure before the well goes down, names the cause, and drafts the intervention with the parts already checked against the warehouse. It learns from every past pull. Engine 01 finds new barrels. This engine keeps the ones the field already makes.
- Publishes a source-linked recommendation for Chief Operating Officer approval and records the decision.
What It Removes
- A pump found down at the next visit
- A workover queued behind a rig
- A dose rate nobody reconciled
Input Data RequirementsOperational, financial and reference records named in the Dragon_Oil proposal for Lift Watch.
Output FormatLift Watch decision view with ranked actions, source links, confidence and a named owner.
“It told me the pump had three weeks left, and the parts were already on the boat.”
