The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a barrel trucked past a pipeline, a permit headroom nobody watched, and a frac short of recycled water. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine routes each battery's water daily to the cheapest permitted outlet given permitted maximums, pressure trend, trucking against pipeline, seismic response status and contract minimums, and forecasts water supply against the frac schedule so the recycled share is known before it locks.
- Engine 03 prices well level loss; this one prices a permit driven area curtailment.
- Engine 06 works air and LDAR; this one works injection.
