The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an activity with an open consent, a vent burn nobody projected, and a return assembled by hand. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One obligation register across NSTA consents, OPRED and OPPC permits, UK ETS and the safety case, mapped to the activity that triggers each one, so nothing is scheduled with its consent status open.
- A daily flare and vent burn tracker projects the year-end position against the consented volume, and statutory returns are assembled from the same data.
- It owns the obligation and its expiry.
What It Removes
- An activity with an open consent
- A vent burn nobody projected
- A return assembled by hand
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatThe Consent Board. Every obligation, its expiry, the activity it blocks, the role that owns it.
“Which consent expires before the job it allows, and who is holding it?”
