How It Works
- The ledger runs potential minus actual by completion and by host, live, split planned against unplanned, with a cause code attached the moment the loss opens and an owner attached the moment it crosses a threshold.
- Third party host outages are their own category, carried with the remedy in the handling agreement.
- Engine 01 takes the barrier-driven barrels, 43.3 percent of this pool, so those dollars are not counted here.
