The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a deferral closed with no cause, a vulnerability with no owner, and a barrel priced a quarter late. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine reads the open Synergi deferral case, the hub potential and the Maximo work order history, proposes the cause code and the barrel and dollar consequence at the realised price, and closes the case the same day with a named owner and a date.
- Open vulnerabilities are ranked by barrels at risk and days to bite before they become deferrals.
- It takes operated barrels only: non-operated barrels are engine 01's and planned shutdown days engine 04's.
