The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a vessel day sold to the loudest well, a cost known at invoice, and nPT with no cause. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- Every candidate workover, recompletion, sidetrack and light well intervention is scored on incremental Boe, probability of success, the vessel or rig class needed, days on location and the deferment created by taking the well offline.
- Live spread cost runs against the daily drilling report and the contractor ticket.
- Engine 01 changes when an intervention happens; this engine changes which one happens, so no dollar is counted twice.
