The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a ballot clock nobody watched, an operator AFE nobody tested, and a billed line nobody read. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine rebuilds every partner AFE from Crescent's own type curves, cost per foot and price deck, and returns consent, non-consent or challenge with the difference.
- It runs the ballot clock, tests each operator charge against the operating agreement and COPAS rates, carries the land decimal exceptions, and learns each statement lag.
- Engine 04 works only operated capital; this engine only what other operators bill.
