The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a well past its AFE per foot, a fleet dropped out of trimul, and flat time nobody coded. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine forecasts cost per foot from spud, updating on each daily report, ticket and accrual, and splits the variance into rig days, stages, sand, fuel and flat time.
- It sequences pads so pairs and triples reach frac-ready together and the fleet holds its highest mode, and it drafts the MAXCOM shift handover.
- It reads the measured stream for volumes; engine 05 owns every meter and allocation dollar.
What It Removes
- A well past its AFE per foot
- A fleet dropped out of trimul
- Flat time nobody coded
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatOne board: every well, the live cost per foot, the frac mode, the flat time.
“Tell me where this well lands per foot while the rig is still turning.”
