The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a cash call with no AFE line, a host fee never invoiced, and a dispute that aged out. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The ledger checks every non-operated statement and cash call against the JOA, the approved AFE, the working interest deck and COPAS, attaches an evidence pack to each exception and ages the dispute by operator.
- It models every handling agreement to its terms and reconciles throughput, escalation and minimum volumes both ways.
- Engine 02 takes operated legacy decommissioning; this ledger takes partner capital, so no dollar is counted twice.
