The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an overrun found at reforecast, a commitment nobody dated, and a learning that stayed on one rig. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine puts forecast wellhead volume, processing availability, firm and interruptible capacity by path, and the live price at AECO, Malin and Dawn on one screen, then ranks the nomination that fills firm capacity at the best netback.
- Hedge coverage runs against the same forecast.
- It recommends; marketing still submits through the existing scheduling process, and it never transacts.
