The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a structure sequenced by deadline only, a bond nobody asked back, and an estimate revised by surprise. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine scores every idle well and structure on its BSEE clock, water depth, vessel class, distance to the next candidate, scrap and reef value, and the bond it releases, then builds a sequenced multi-year campaign whose unit cost falls with batch size.
- It rebuilds the ARO from delivered costs, not a stale unit rate.
- Engine 05 takes partner-operated development capital; this engine takes operated legacy steel, so no dollar is counted twice.
