The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a scope with no material, a load list built by hand, and a day lost to a missing part. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine generates the readiness view from Maximo requisitions, reservations, orders and certificates, so the tracker is produced rather than typed, and builds the 48 hour and 24 hour load lists with the reason each item is on or off.
- It scores every shutdown work order on whether it must be done in the window, whether its material will land, and what a slipped day costs in barrels.
- It counts planned shutdown days; unplanned deferral is engine 02's.
What It Removes
- A scope with no material
- A load list built by hand
- A day lost to a missing part
