The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an answer in the wrong estate, a study repeated because nobody found it, and a revision nobody checked. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- A retrieval layer over the three document estates that answers an engineering question with the source document, its origin, its revision and its currency, and flags when two estates disagree.
- It reads drawings, procedures, inspection reports and study archives, and the other five engines query it for the 1987 design intent.
- It owns retrieval and provenance.
