The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a rate nobody checked, a cost move nobody split, and a quarter-old surprise. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine rebuilds unit cost every month by hub and cost type from the ledger, Maximo work order costs and contract rate cards, splits each movement into volume effect and true cost effect with the driver named and owned, and reads every invoice and service entry sheet against the contract and the work order before payment.
- It works the operated cost base only.
- The non-operated share of that same base is challenged through engine 01, counted once there.
