The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an overrun found after the fact, a pad that slipped unpriced, and a design nobody compared. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine accrues supplier cost against the AFE daily, forecasts final cost from the day it spuds, and benchmarks each well against Crescent's best quartile for that area and lateral length.
- Overnight it stress tests the Actenum schedule and returns the pads whose slip costs most.
- Engine 05 works only capital other operators bill us; this engine only operated development capital, so the two share no dollar.
What It Removes
- An overrun found after the fact
- A pad that slipped unpriced
- A design nobody compared
