The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an outage in a turn-to-sales week, a flare with no cause, and a form assembled by hand. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine watches condition on compressors, plant trains, amine and dehydration units, co-plans each maintenance window with the turn-to-sales calendar, and prices each outage in deferred barrels.
- It builds the capture position by month, tags every vented and flared volume measured or estimated, and drafts the C-115B, C-129 and Part 27 returns.
- Engine 01 takes the elective Waha 55%; this engine takes the 45% plant slice.
What It Removes
- An outage in a turn-to-sales week
- A flare with no cause
- A form assembled by hand
