The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a cause code that means two things, an asset nobody has read, and a lesson learned twice. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine ingests each acquired asset's data estate, maps it onto Serica's own taxonomy for wells, equipment, deferral causes and critical elements, and answers an operational question about an acquired asset in week one, not month six.
- It carries eight years of Synergi Life incidents, audits and change records, so a new event surfaces the prior ones.
- It claims acquired barrels in year one only; steady state barrels stay with engines 01 and 02.
What It Removes
- A cause code that means two things
- An asset nobody has read
- A lesson learned twice
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatOne board: each acquired asset, what we know, and what still means something else.
“What does this asset already know, and where does its record disagree with ours?”
