The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a recipe that stays in one basin, a pad designed from memory, and a gain nobody wrote down. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine builds a completion design and outcome library keyed to the spine, so every stage, fleet configuration, sand loading, drillout method and resulting feet per day is comparable across the four basins, with the next pad's design and its expected pace and cost recommended before the AFE is signed.
- Engine 05 stops at rig release and this engine owns first stage to drillout complete.
- Engine 06 takes the permit that lets the pad start.
What It Removes
- A recipe that stays in one basin
- A pad designed from memory
- A gain nobody wrote down
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatOne board: every pad completed, its design, its feet per day, the next pad's recipe.
“The Uinta doubled its feet per day. Tell me what the DJ changes to do the same.”
