The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Blends priced off last quarter's cost, formulas untested on recycled brine, and fits no published report surfaces. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine joins the water analysis behind each job to the formula library, the microfluidics and FluidMatch test results and the raw material cost of every component that week.
- It ranks the blends that work in that brine, shows the margin on each at today's input cost, and flags a formula whose cost has moved past its price.
- Where a completion has no surfactant it shows the nearby wells where one paid.
What It Removes
- Blends priced off last quarter's cost
- Formulas untested on recycled brine
- Fits no published report surfaces
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal

“I can see which blend works in this brine and what it earns at today's raw cost.”
