The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Recert work offered after the date, units that leave the installed base, and a repair priced below its own cost. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One record per unit in service: what it is, the order that built it, where it was installed, its service history, its recertification date and the shop that can take it.
- The engine ranks the base by work due in the next ninety days, prices the recert, repair or overhaul against the shop that has the slot, and raises the offer before the date.
- It reads the build records, the service work orders and the shop calendar.
What It Removes
- Recert work offered after the date
- Units that leave the installed base
- A repair priced below its own cost
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatDashboard showing every unit we built and track, where it is, and what is due next.
“I will know which unit we built is due back, and offer the work before someone else does.”
