The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Dedicated pads with no tie-in request, rOFR windows that close unnoticed, and shortfalls found only at term end. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine reads every dedication, MVC, ROFR and area of mutual interest into one machine-readable register, then watches state permit and completion records for activity on that acreage.
- When a pad on dedicated acreage turns on with no tie-in request open, it raises the clause, the barrels at stake and the person who can act.
- It tracks cover on each MVC through the term and flags a shortfall early enough to re-let it.
What It Removes
- Dedicated pads with no tie-in request
- ROFR windows that close unnoticed
- Shortfalls found only at term end
