The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Iron landed before a term is signed, a block no published report ranks, and a delivery date sold against late. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine keeps one register of megawatts: earning, commissioning, not earning, or on order with a delivery quarter.
- Each block carries a lease, a bid or a gap.
- It scores every opportunity on load shape, term length, site readiness and distance to a Kodiak yard, then ranks which block is sold next and against which delivery date.
