The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Two trucks where one route would do, a visit planned without the part, and a certified hand sent past the job. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine builds one clock for the technician day: wrench time, drive time, parts and yard, work order close-out, waiting on site access.
- It reads the work order queue for both fleets, unit flags from engine 02, site access windows, certification by technician and the road network, then plans tomorrow's routes across compression and power together.
- A genset and six units on one lease road become one visit list.
What It Removes
- Two trucks where one route would do
- A visit planned without the part
- A certified hand sent past the job
