The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a blender waiting on a load, trucks queued at the gate, and grade sent to the wrong pad. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One record per load: mine, grade, moisture, truck, driver hours, route, gate time, wait at the pad, and the blender it feeds.
- The engine forecasts blender demand from the stage schedule, sequences loads against it, and flags the load that will arrive late while it is still at the mine.
- It prices trucked, containerised and slurry delivery on the same pad.
What It Removes
- A blender waiting on a load
- Trucks queued at the gate
- Grade sent to the wrong pad
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatDashboard showing every load mine to blender, its truck, its ETA and the wait it will cause.
“The blender never waits, because the load was resequenced while it was still at the mine.”
