The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Standby time no published report sizes, a restart waiting on an unordered part, and reason codes with no published standard. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine joins the telematics run state to the invoice line and the work order, horsepower month by horsepower month.
- It shows which units are on the standby rate, for how long, and under which reason: gas curtailed, mechanical, site access, awaiting parts, or none recorded.
- Only reasons Archrock controls are counted.
What It Removes
- Standby time no published report sizes
- A restart waiting on an unordered part
- Reason codes with no published standard
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatDashboard showing every unit at full rate or standby, with the reason and the clock.
“I will see which units are on standby this morning, and which of them I can get running this week.”
