The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Low-hour chunks the fit predicted, washout trips the shop saw coming, and a fit with no run record behind it. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine joins every redress record to the run it came off: fit class, elastomer compound, bottom-hole circulating temperature, differential pressure, hours and how the stator came back.
- It recommends the fit class and compound for the next run in that county at that temperature, against the maker's derating chart, and flags a motor going out on a fit its own history says chunks.
- The Motor Shop Manager signs each call.
What It Removes
- Low-hour chunks the fit predicted
- Washout trips the shop saw coming
- A fit with no run record behind it
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatDashboard showing the fit class for the next run, and the stators history would pull.
“The fit comes from what this compound did last time at this temperature, not from a guess.”
