The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a leg drilled off the approved scan, a survey gap nobody flagged, and a rescan that arrives too late. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine re-runs the anti-collision scan against the survey that actually arrived, not the plan that was approved, and does it before the 07:00 pack goes out.
- It reads the offset well record, the leg sequence on a multilateral and the ellipse of uncertainty on the last survey, and says whether the leg still clears.
- No public record counts a collision-risk event here, so the first ninety days produce that count.
What It Removes
- A leg drilled off the approved scan
- A survey gap nobody flagged
- A rescan that arrives too late
