The Challenge

How It Works
- One ledger holds every weld, welder qualification, procedure, heat number, NDE result, PMI record, hydrotest and factory acceptance test punch item, each linked to the package it belongs to.
- It reviews radiographs and inspection photographs first pass and flags them for the qualified interpreter, never replacing them.
