The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a contractor called at short notice, a hand sent to rock they have not seen, and a long move nobody costed. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine builds a forward board from the job schedule, the rotation and the ticket record.
- For each spud it names who is available, what each hand has drilled in that county and that formation, whether the hand is an employee or a contractor, and what the difference costs.
- It flags a hitch that will need a contractor two weeks out, while an employee hand can still be moved, and it prices the travel each option carries.
