The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate Fouling no scheduled clean catches, full speed to a berth not ready, and burn drift no report separates. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine builds a consumption curve for each ship from her own noon reports, draft, trim, weather and hull condition, then reads every sailing day against it.
- Where a ship runs above her curve it separates the cause: hull and propeller fouling, trim, weather routed through rather than around, speed held for a berth window that has since moved.
- It turns the gap into one instruction a day per ship, and tracks what it saved.
What It Removes
- Fouling no scheduled clean catches
- Full speed to a berth not ready
- Burn drift no report separates
Input Data RequirementsFuel purchases, meter or engine-load data, operating hours, power-source data, invoices and emissions factors
Output FormatDashboard showing every ship against her own curve, with the routing and hull call behind the gap.
“Tell me which ship is off her curve today, and whether it is the hull, the weather or the speed.”
