The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a voyage billed without its clause, a surcharge nobody chased, and a lift with no price on it. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine calculates the surcharge owed at the moment the bill of lading is issued, from the bunker actually lifted and the clause that customer signed.
- It flags every under-billed voyage, shows the recovery pipeline by month, and counts the days from bunker lift to cash.
- Engine 04 takes every tonne of fuel not burned; this engine takes only the surcharge on fuel that was burned, so no dollar is counted twice.
