The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an award with no first day, a mob cost known too late, and a gate nobody owns. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- A conversion tracker from award to first productive day, with every gate named and dated: permit, client representative, kit freight, crew visa, port slot, site access.
- Beside it a mobilisation cost model that prices each mob event against Fugro's own history by port, spread class and scope, and flags the ones running over before the purchase order is cut.
- It takes mob cost and award-to-first-day time.
