The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate an order held and nobody named it, a fault fixed twice in two branches, and a truck rolled without the part. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One cross-branch cockpit: the age of every open service order, why it is held (waiting parts, approval, technician or customer), wrench time against travel and admin, and first-time fix by branch and job type.
- Beside it an answer desk that takes an engine model, fault code and symptom and returns what was done on comparable jobs in other branches.
- Boundary: the open order, the technician hour and the part.
What It Removes
- An order held and nobody named it
- A fault fixed twice in two branches
- A truck rolled without the part
Input Data RequirementsRelevant operational records, contracts, transactions, schedules, documents and outcome history named in the source proposal
Output FormatThe Branch Board, service half. Every open order, its age, its hold reason, its branch.
“Show me every order older than ten days and the one reason each is sitting.”
