The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a renewal priced without the lane, a fuel clause that triggered late, and a trip completed and never billed. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- One renewal book: every contract by expiry, lane, customer and rate, its position against comparable lanes and spot, and a recommended ask with the evidence.
- Beside it a per-contract fuel recovery position, the escalator formula, its trigger date and the gap, with an alert when a clause is due.
- Then a sweep naming the one missing document blocking each unbilled trip.
What It Removes
- A renewal priced without the lane
- A fuel clause that triggered late
- A trip completed and never billed
Input Data RequirementsFuel purchases, meter or engine-load data, operating hours, power-source data, invoices and emissions factors
Output FormatThe Book Board. What reprices this quarter, what fuel is under-recovered, what is unbilled.
“Which contracts renew this quarter, and which of them sit below the lane?”
