The Challenge
The opportunity is to eliminate a tank held empty between grades, a renewal priced off occupancy alone, and a changeover with no jetty slot. The proposed workflow is source-linked, but the current operating baseline and financial value remain illustrative until validated with the client.
How It Works
- The engine works one shore tank at a time.
- For each it holds the customer and contract, the grade and coating, the throughput it turned last quarter, the days it stood empty between contracts, the changeover a different product needs, and the rate that tank would fetch today.
- It ranks renewals and vacancies by revenue per cbm a year rather than by occupancy, and sizes the jetty work each move creates.
